With a strong background in advertising & digital marketing, Rory has a deep understanding of data-led marketing strategy as well as paid social/SEM execution. He is a major driving force in growth marketing and user acquisition through his expertise in both quantitative & qualitative data analytics.

Pierpaolo Tosi

Technology Manager

Pierpaolo holds degrees in Business Management from Luigi Bocconi University in Italy, a Masters degree of Commerce Marketing from Macquarie University, and an Advanced Diploma in Game Programming. With a background in Business Management and over 8 years of experience as a game producer, designer, and developer for his own game studio, Pierpaolo has a deep understanding of the entire gaming lifecycle from prototyping to bringing a game to market.

In 2018, he was selected by Austrade to travel to China and pitch his gaming concept to Tencent – the world’s largest video game publisher. He brings this expertise to Royal Wins as their Technical Manager, managing software engineers, breaking down project tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of project milestones to the highest standard. Outside of work, Pierpaolo is an avid football player and lives his life according to the values of the game: teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline.

Lindsay Hanna

Lindsay Hanna joined Royal Wins as an intern in 2017 and has risen up the ranks of the organization as one of its key members. A passionate gamer as well as a diligent producer, Mr Hanna has guided many projects & countless releases of our flagship product, Kash Karnival.

As a longtime World of Warcraft fan, Lindsay is a gamer through and through, which enables him to understand our products from a user’s perspective.

Charles Vycichl

Mr. Vycichl is a professional lawyer with over 40 years’ experience dealing with global projects for complex international legal transactions in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and oil industry, as well as internet and telecommunication fields, including within the legal department of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. While being a generalist in business law, Mr. Vycichl has an in-depth exposure to the EU competition, intellectual property, acquisitions, and joint venture laws.

Namrata Malhotra has an extensive background in corporate governance management and regulatory compliance. She most recently held the position of Assistant Vice-President, Corporate Secretarial and Compliance at a fintech start-up in India. A recent immigrant to Canada, she is a substantial resource for compliance, regulatory and governance issues of the Company.

Daniel Fuoco

Mr. Fuoco has over 25 years of financial experience with publicly listed and private multi-national companies, including as CFO of companies listed on both the TSX Venture and the Canadian Securities Exchanges in Canada. He practiced as a Chartered Professional Accountant for 11 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Toronto and in Melbourne. Mr. Fuoco brings experience with M&A, due diligence, IPO’s, RTO’s, financial reporting, business structuring, capital and debt financing, business plans and forecasts, and taxation. In 1998, he joined Magna International Inc. as Finance Director Special Projects working under Chairman Frank Stronach until 2012. Additionally, he was MID at Magna Entertainment, Magna’s gaming and racing subsidiary. He is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business School in Toronto, Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Mr. Fuoco is qualified as a CPA/CA in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Stephen Coates

Mr. Coates is founder and Principal of Grove Capital Group, a merchant banking group specializing in the incubation and development of entrepreneurial businesses in Canada and abroad: Grove Corporate Services – a corporate secretarial, administration and accounting support firm for small-cap companies. He has founded and served as Chairman or CEO of several publicly listed companies and currently serves as advisor to, and/or Director of, several public and private small-cap companies. Mr. Coates has spent over 20 years in the capital markets, working in Canada, the United States and United Kingdom. He specializes in financial structuring, business development, communications and market finance – creating strategic relationships for success. He is a graduate of Kings College at the Western University in London, Canada.

Geoff Kritzinger

Geoff Kritzinger is a Chartered Accountant and former Partner at Shimmerman Penn LLP (2001-2008) where he managed a large audit practice. Since then, through his accounting practice, he has acted for several public and private companies within and outside the resources sectors as both CFO and advisor. Geoff has worked with various clients providing both hands-on and supervisory & advisory functions to maintain overhead costs while meeting the rigorous and demanding reporting standards in the current regulatory environments
