Head of Digital Marketing
As a marketing veteran & avid gamer, Justin is the Head of Digital Marketing at Royal Wins. With a strong background in advertising & digital marketing, Justin has a deep understanding of data-led marketing strategy as well as paid social/SEM execution. He is a major driving force in growth marketing and user acquisition through his expertise in both quantitative & qualitative data analytics.
Pierpaolo holds degrees in Business Management from Luigi Bocconi University in Italy, a Masters degree of Commerce Marketing from Macquarie University, and an Advanced Diploma in Game Programming. With a background in Business Management and over 8 years of experience as a game producer, designer, and developer for his own game studio, Pierpaolo has a deep understanding of the entire gaming lifecycle from prototyping to bringing a game to market.
In 2018, he was selected by Austrade to travel to China and pitch his gaming concept to Tencent – the world’s largest video game publisher. He brings this expertise to Royal Wins as their Technical Manager, managing software engineers, breaking down project tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of project milestones to the highest standard. Outside of work, Pierpaolo is an avid football player and lives his life according to the values of the game: teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline.
Lindsay Hanna joined Royal Wins as an intern in 2017 and has risen up the ranks of the organization as one of its key members. A passionate gamer as well as a diligent producer, Mr Hanna has guided many projects & countless releases of our flagship product, Kash Karnival.
As a longtime World of Warcraft fan, Lindsay is a gamer through and through, which enables him to understand our products from a user’s perspective.
Mr Suarez graduated from AIE in 2013 and went on to work at two other gaming studios as a technical artist before joining Royal Wins in 2016. Starting as a technical artist & promoted to be our Art Director in 2017, Princy is responsible for managing both our in-house & overseas artists along with implementing and cleaning assets.
Over the years, he has worked on developing and pushing both 2D and 3D visuals for numerous Kash Karnival games and features. His vision for our flagship product is important in bridging its technical development with the aesthetics that will attract & retain users.
Becky is a Distinguished Fellow in Gaming and Leadership with the International Gaming Institute at UNLV. In this capacity, Harris works with regulators, operators, academics, and other stakeholders on a host of gaming and leadership related issues and projects. Harris created Winning With Words (W3), a peer-to-peer (P2P) competitive game of skill. W3 was launched in December of 2019 and is offered on a P2P skill-based game platform for fun or for monetary prize pools. Having developed, launched and marketed a skill-based game, Harris understands the complexities of skill-based gaming.
While at UNLV’s International Center for Gaming Regulation (ICGR), as an academic fellow with an emphasis in the study of sports betting, Harris collaborated with stakeholders on behalf of the ICGR to finalize the formation, launch, and first convening of the U.S. Sports Betting Forum, an outlet designed to provide a neutral forum in which stakeholders can convene to discuss policy and regulatory issues relating to legal sports wagering.
Harris finished her term as Chairwoman of Nevada Gaming Control Board in 2019 and was the first woman to hold the position. She guided the Board through a number of controversial matters; including, the repeal of PASPA, the emergence of sports betting across the United States, and various Wire Act issues.
Harris was elected to the Nevada State Senate in 2014, representing Nevada’s Ninth District. She served for two legislative sessions and two special sessions. Her experience includes serving as chair of the Senate Education Committee, as well as a member of the Senate Judiciary, Finance, Education, and Commerce, Labor & Energy Committees. An active member of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCGLS), an association of lawmakers from across the country in states with legalized gambling, Harris chaired the Responsible Gaming Committee and served as Treasurer. Harris also served as Nevada’s State Director for Women in Government and is a Henry Toll Fellow.
Mr. Igelman, the founder of Millennial Esports Corp, is a lawyer with over 28 years of experience in technology, entertainment and gaming. In 1996, Mr. Igelman was the first lawyer to focus on Internet gaming and in this regard was instrumental in the early success of both PartyGaming and PokerStars. In 2004, he was involved in the creation and formation of GVC, an AIM listed public gaming company that has since become a giant in the space. Since 2014 he has been focused on esports. He began a strategic advisory role to Pro Gaming League, an early esports company that was later acquired by Millennial Esports Corp. From 2016 to 2019 Mr. Igelman served as CEO and then Executive Chairman of Millennial Esports, (TSX:GAME). During his overall tenure at Millennial, Mr. Igelman raised in excess of $25,000,000.00 and acquired three companies including mobile developer Eden Games and streaming analytics company, Streamhatchet.
In 2019, Mr. Igelman founded Esports Capital Corp. (ECC) and serves as Managing Director. ECC is a company focused on facilitating and curating relevant opportunities in esports and gaming through its network of experts and advisors.
Mr. Petter is the retired Managing Director of Ferrier Lullin Private Bank & Trust which became Julius Baer Group AG. Julius Baer Group AG is a small to medium sized generalist private banking corporation founded and based in Switzerland. Established as a traditional private bank, it provides investment management, real estate financing, wealth management, and select offerings in sales and trading based on an open and managed architecture. Located in 28 countries, Julius Baer employs a staff of over 6,700 worldwide. Mr. Petter currently serves as an Ambassador on behalf of the Vatican in the United Arabs Emirates and has been in negotiations to establish and represent certain entities in the region.
Ms. Beckett started her career in the mineral exploration industry as a geologist and holds a degree in geology from the University of Toronto. For the past 20 years she has managed corporate secretarial, regulatory filings and administrative support for publicly listed companies on the TSX, TSXV and CSE as well as for private small-cap and exploration companies.
Mr. Fuoco has over 25 years of financial experience with publicly listed and private multi-national companies, including as CFO of companies listed on both the TSX Venture and the Canadian Securities Exchanges in Canada. He practiced as a Chartered Professional Accountant for 11 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Toronto and in Melbourne. Mr. Fuoco brings experience with M&A, due diligence, IPO’s, RTO’s, financial reporting, business structuring, capital and debt financing, business plans and forecasts, and taxation. In 1998, he joined Magna International Inc. as Finance Director Special Projects working under Chairman Frank Stronach until 2012. Additionally, he was MID at Magna Entertainment, Magna’s gaming and racing subsidiary. He is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business School in Toronto, Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Mr. Fuoco is qualified as a CPA/CA in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Coates is founder and Principal of Grove Capital Group, a merchant banking group specializing in the incubation and development of entrepreneurial businesses in Canada and abroad: Grove Corporate Services – a corporate secretarial, administration and accounting support firm for small-cap companies. He has founded and served as Chairman or CEO of several publicly listed companies and currently serves as advisor to, and/or Director of, several public and private small-cap companies. Mr. Coates has spent over 20 years in the capital markets, working in Canada, the United States and United Kingdom. He specializes in financial structuring, business development, communications and market finance – creating strategic relationships for success. He is a graduate of Kings College at the Western University in London, Canada.
Mr. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bright Mega. He has over 18 years of experience in international business and investment. Since 2012, he has invested in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas and agriculture. Mr. He brings a wealth of in-depth knowledge and a working understanding of the Chinese marketplace to Royal Wins. He is the founder of Toronto-based Fame Club, a member of Canada China Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs. In 2014, Mr. He was elected the “Best Asia Pacific Business Award”. He received his Master’s Degree from the University of International Business Economics, Beijing and an MBA from HEC in Paris, France.
Peter holds an Engineering degree (Hons) and Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is registered to provide financial advice and deal in securities (RG 146 and RG 105) and is currently reading Law at the University of Sydney, Australia. He has held CEO/COO/Company Secretary roles over the last 15 years in publicly listed companies (ASX, AIM, PLUS), private and institutional fund companies. He has led small to medium sized companies in multiple industries including online gaming, energy markets, technology start-ups and financial services. His experience comprehensively straddles international capital markets and corporate management.
Robert holds degrees in Architecture (Bachelor and Masters Hons) from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He has lectured extensively on the subject and was named one of Australia’s top 40 architects under 40 in 2006. His technology career commenced as Technology Director for Frankfurt based E-Gal rising to the position of CEO of parent E-Dynamics Group based in Switzerland. His first start up, Morf Media, was selected as one of 3 start-ups from Australia backed by Price Waterhouse Coopers to attend the Global Technology Conference in Palo Alto, California in 2012. Robert has worked in and/or managed companies in Australia, Singapore, Frankfurt, Switzerland, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Lukie holds a degree in Software Engineering from the Sydney University, Australia. With over 14 years in server-side development & design, his expertise is one of the major drivers in our proprietary gaming engine. Lukie was also the CTO of Morf Media, where him & Robert worked together for many years and is a co-founder of Royal Wins with Robert. He also competes competitively in Jujitsu & MMA.
